Ninaye’s Hair Lab would love for each of you to have the most awesome experience ever. A custom unit is any unit that requires measurements and specific instructions to construct the unit. 

Pick up and drop off are available.

Pick-ups are always available M-F during business hours. 

Saturday and Sunday pick-ups are available, but must be agreed upon and given a 24-hour notice. 

Campus Drop off is available M-F only.

Please write your name and order number on the package.

Please keep your order and tracking number.

Please send all of the hair in one package. We do not mix hair. All bundles should have the same texture.

Ninaye’s Hair Lab will need a maximum of 21 working days and minimum of 7 working days to construct your wig. Our wig services include the construction of the wig, bleached knots, hairline customization, parting, and desired styling.

All rush orders must add rush order service to cart. Rush orders will be complete the same day received.

We’ve got you covered. We have the following textures: Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, and Loose Wave.

You have a choice to use Our Affordable Collection and Our Quality Collection.

Our Affordable Mink Collection could last up to 1 year with proper maintenance.

Our Quality Brazilian Collection lasts up to 3 years with little to no maintenance.

Prior to placing an order please know and/or measure the size of your head so that your unit will be a perfect fit for you specifically. Most head sizes are 21” (small) 22” (average) 23” (large) 24 (extra large). Half sizes are normal as well. Example would be 21.5 circumference.

The most important measurement we use is the circumference. Please make sure this is the correct measurement. You wig will not fit without it.

1. Circumference
2. Temple to Temple around occipital bone (round part of head)
3. From hairline (front) to nape (back) of neck.
4. From ear to ear across the nape of the neck.

You have the option to choose what you want to secure your wig with we’ve found that typically people go with the elastic band for secure fitting mostly used for lace closure wigs or glue-less lace frontal wigs.

Coloring options are available. We cannot guarantee the outcome of coloring hair that is not from Ninaye’s Hair Lab, LLC.

There are absolutely no refunds on custom wig orders or Ready-made units. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL canceled wig orders after 24 hours. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information above to ensure you are ordering the correct wig and making sure your understand the turnaround time. By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our refund and return policy.
